Multi-family residential projects represent the largest sector of My Oregon Painting’s business. With over 1000 units of completed projects and hundreds more in the pipeline, multi-family developments give us a chance to demonstrate our ability to deliver high quality work consistently, rapidly, and with a well-coordinated project delivery plan. My Oregon Painting serves Home Owner’s Associations throughout the Willamette Valley with a customized scheduling and dispatch system that allows us to maintain an active on-call service program that is reliable, predictable, and allows clients to notify their residents when we are coming and what to expect.

Since 2010, My Oregon Painting’s track record of project delivery has proven that quality work delivered honestly and with clear communication is the way to grow and expand our business. We have grown from delivering one project at a time into a company with 20 employees capable of managing a dozen projects simultaneously.

Now, My Oregon Painting proudly serves the residential, multi-family, HOA, and commercial construction sectors throughout Oregon.

My Oregon Painting was awarded with this exterior residential paint project to do on a House located in Portland, Oregon using 3 different colors giving a beautiful finish look at the end of the project private owner was happy with our quality of work, we actually end up doing some Interior painting work also. My Oregon Painting team is doing a quality of work on each project we are working on.

Exterior Building

My Oregon Painting got awarded with this exterior painting building project in Woodburn, Oregon. Painting two buildings totaling 40,000 square feet of exterior building surfaces and breefway walls with different colors on body and trims giving the finish a colorful look that looks amazing.

Interior Renovation Unit

My Oregon Painting has different contracts with different management companies and investment groups for doing their Interior Full Renovation unit from Demolition all the way to cleaned and ready for Rent. My Oregon Painting at this time has done more than 1000 renovations in the last 4 years with different management companies like GreyStar, Avenue5 and others. At this moment My Oregon Painting is doing one of the bigger renovation projects with 420 units that we start in 2019 and expect to finish all in the next 4 to 6 years with a value of $3M renovation project. Exterior Repair

My Oregon Painting was awarded by Avenue5 Residential management on this project in Springfield, Oregon. My Oregon Painting replaced all the fascia boards and flashing metal around 20 buildings plus painting the new fascia board and entrance building post. It was a 8 weeks project and our project manager Derwin made sure things were getting done on time and being safe. Complete the project and walk it with the maintenance director and RM, they were satisfied with the work done by our Exterior division team.
